Strategy planning and event execution: Responsible for writing and implementing annual or special market promotion plans, covering holiday theme decorations, sales promotion activities, public relations and publicity projects, etc., ensuring that the strategy is consistent with the brand positioning and has executability.
Multichannel digital marketing management: coordinate the daily operation of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat); coordinate SEO/SEM advertising placement, email marketing (EDM) design and sending, and company website content update and optimization.
Offline event coordination: Lead large-scale physical event planning and execution, including mall flash mobs, exhibitions, brand cross-merchandising activities, etc., and fully control project schedule, resource coordination, on-site execution and budget use.
Data analysis and performance evaluation: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various market activities, integrate traffic, conversion rate, engagement, and ROI data, compile analysis reports and propose specific optimization recommendations, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Market research and insight: Through questionnaire surveys, focus groups, third-party reports and competitive product monitoring, we can deeply understand the target audience's behavior and preferences, grasp industry trends and competitor dynamics, and support decision-making.
Content creation and brand consistency management: independently write press releases, product introductions, promotional leaflets, social group posts, and multimedia scripts; work closely with design teams or external advertising agencies to review visual materials and ensure that all external outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Cross-department collaboration and partner relationship management: Maintain efficient communication with sales, product, tenant and operations teams, and co-ordinate joint marketing plans; be responsible for supplier management, advertising agency coordination, and building and maintaining KOL, media and strategic partner relationships.
Team support and guidance: Assist the supervisor in handling marketing administrative affairs; guide the daily work of junior market officers/assistants as needed, and enhance the overall execution of the team.
Hold a recognized university bachelor's degree, majoring in marketing, communication, advertising, business management or related fields;
Have 1 to 3 years of full-time work experience in market promotion, digital marketing or brand communication, those with retail, real estate, consumer goods or service industry background are preferred;
Familiar with mainstream social platform operating logic and digital advertising tools (such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.), with basic data analysis skills (able to use Excel, Google Analytics or similar tools);
Have excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, Cantonese as the daily communication language, and fluent Mandarin;
Have event coordination experience, be able to handle multiple tasks independently, have good time management, budget control and crisis response abilities;
Have basic design aesthetic awareness, and be able to clearly communicate creative needs to the design team or agency;
Have team collaboration spirit and cross-department communication skills, and be able to effectively push projects in a diverse stakeholder environment;
Working hours are from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm daily, and you will need to accommodate occasional overtime and shift work.
