Job Description:
Assist in supervising the team to manage the end-to-end procurement process, including procurement, supplier selection, bidding, negotiation and contract management;
Host the full work of the procurement department, lead in formulating and implementing the company's procurement strategy, policy and establishing internal procurement benchmarking system;
Master the performance requirements of various products needed by the company, timely investigate market trends, formulate financial budgets and cost control plans, optimize supply chain and equipment;
Evaluate suppliers' proposals to ensure value for money. Conduct market research and benchmark testing to ensure competitive prices and favorable terms; and
Responsible for evaluating and managing suppliers, maintaining good cooperative relationships with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
Requirements:
Hold a bachelor's degree or above;
At least 5 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain management or related field experience, those with at least 2 years of comprehensive management experience are preferred;
Proficient in English and Chinese, able to speak Mandarin and have a second language (except English) is preferred;
Understand procurement principles, practices and contract management, and make accurate market judgments;
Have the ability to solve problems, and a proactive and daring attitude towards challenges;
Good negotiation and communication skills, with leadership ability to lead a team; and
Analytical thinking and attention to details.
