2. Domestic background talent network expansion
· Build cooperative relationships with on-campus Chinese student organizations and alumni associations to discover potential candidates
3. Talent screening and interview
· Responsible for resume screening, initial phone interview and on-site interview, evaluating candidates' suitability and potential
4. Recruitment event management
· Plan and hold recruitment activities for high-caliber talents/IANG groups, such as industry lectures, Hong Kong development sharing sessions, and job search workshops · Create recruitment promotional materials suitable for the target group, highlighting the team's support for new Hong Kong talents
5. Candidate relationship maintenance
· -Establish and maintain the High Talent Pass/IANG talent pool, and maintain long-term good relations with high-quality candidates · Assist new members to smoothly integrate into the team, especially pay attention to the adaptation problems of Hong Kong talents, and provide appropriate support
6. Data analysis and reporting
· Regularly sort out various talent channels’ recruitment data, analyze recruitment effectiveness and optimize strategies · Submit recruitment progress reports to the team management layer, especially on the progress of high-caliber talent/ IANG group

Position requirements (employment qualifications)
Basic conditions:
· Bachelor's degree or above (marketing, human resources, management-related fields are preferred) · Have one or more years of work experience, those with recruitment, sales, business development or insurance industry experience will be given priority · Familiar with the insurance industry operating model and license requirements (such as IIQE license)
Core competencies:
· Outstanding interpersonal communication and persuasion skills: able to effectively connect with people from different backgrounds and promote business opportunities · Sharp talent sense: Have excellent interview skills, and be able to accurately judge a candidate's potential qualities
· Good organizational and execution skills: Able to independently plan and implement recruitment activities, and handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
