Marketing Executive

Role Overview

Join our vibrant and inspiring marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You’ll shape and execute digital strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Stay ahead of new technologies and market trends while collaborating closely with sales, design, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and refine the company’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with sales objectives

• Generate creative campaign ideas and lead end-to-end execution on social media, SEO/SEM, and other online channels

• Collaborate with the internal design team to develop marketing collaterals, including videos, EDMs, and articles

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations

• Support new product or treatment launches and explore strategic partnerships

• Manage ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within treatment services, medical industry, or agency background

• Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms, HTML, CSS, and CMS tools

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent project management skills

• Self-starter who thrives under pressure, meets deadlines, and delivers quality work

• Sharp attention to detail, well-organized, and result-oriented with solid business acumen

• Creative thinker with exceptional copywriting skills in both Chinese and English

• Energetic team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
