3. Considering optimization from the perspectives of cost, timeliness, and quality, ensure the most optimized support plan and shape a good consumer experience;​

4. Be able to conduct objective evaluation and analysis of project effectiveness across all aspects of the entire process, and continuously improve and optimize throughout the process；​
