Projector Sales

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Strategic planning: Develop and implement a projector product sales strategy consistent with group goals.</p><p>2. Revenue and profit growth: Drive business growth, identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and ensure that profit targets are met or exceeded.</p><p>3. Customer Relationship Management: Build close relationships with existing and important customers, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.</p><p></p><p>5. Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing and operations teams to ensure products are delivered to customers on time and of high quality.</p><p>6. Data analysis: Monitor sales performance, track and report sales results, and judge the effectiveness of sales strategies through data and insights. Regularly report updated data to the president.</p><p>7. Process other tasks assigned by the supervisor. </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above. </p><p>2. Projector industry sales, marketing or related field experience.</p><p>3. Excellent team motivation and goal management skills. </p><p>4. Excellent communication, business negotiation, and public speaking skills. </p><p>5. Proficient in sales process design, market prediction and goal setting. </p><p>6. Proficient in maintaining good customer relationships and providing excellent service. </p><p>7. Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to face challenges positively.</p><p>8. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, immediate employment for those who can immediately start work. </p><p>9. Salary is base salary plus 3-5% commission.</p>
