Job Responsibilities
According to the predetermined sales targets and sales script guidance, conduct professional, polite and persuasive communication to enhance customer trust and cooperation willingness.
Accurately record the content of each call, customer feedback and follow-up plan, and immediately update customer management system (CRM) data.
Regularly report sales progress, customer distribution and common concerns, and assist the supervisor in grasping business dynamics and adjusting operating directions.
Work requirements
Aged 18 or above, with good Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent in Mandarin is preferred; able to naturally respond to local customers in Cantonese.
No relevant experience is required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply; basic computer skills (such as Word, Excel, browser and CRM system)
Positive and proactive personality, strong stress resistance, able to accept goal-oriented work mode, and show sincerity and patience in daily conversations.
Have basic logical expression ability, quickly understand the product focus, and clearly communicate value propositions to customers of different backgrounds.
Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of professional ethics, respecting customer privacy, and strictly following the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the company's compliance guidelines.
