Sales Officer - Retails

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while managing customer accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies.
• Deliver regular sales reports and analyses to leadership.
• Contribute to business growth and success.
• Execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets.
• Review sales figures and adapt strategies as needed.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG or F&B with Key Account experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Team player with a positive attitude; knowledge of Account & Relationship Management preferred.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Officer role.
