Main responsibilities

• Deeply follow up on the company's coreBusiness projects and special projects, as the financial partner of the business team

• Participate in project initiation, feasibility study and execution process, provideFinancial calculation, profit analysis, and risk warning

• Build and continuously optimize business-relatedBudget, forecasting and rolling analysis mechanism

• Regular outputManagement required business insights and analysis conclusions, rather than just staying at the data level

• Track business actual performance, conduct difference analysis, and propose executable improvement suggestions

• Maintain high-frequency communication with business, product, and operations teams to drive rapid decision execution

• Support management's temporary and special analysis needs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields

• 5–10 years of financial BP/FP&A/Commercial Finance related experience, those with Internet or related industry experience are preferred

• Have solid financial analysis and modeling skills, able to transform complex data intoClear conclusions and recommendations

• Strong business understanding, able to think from a business perspective and not just a "financial perspective"

• Results-oriented, strong execution ability, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment

• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with non-financial colleagues

• Flexible thinking, non-dogmatic, and not bound by processes
