Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional therapeutic services to guests, including massage and other specified treatment projects
Answer customer inquiries about therapeutic services and health, and provide appropriate advice
Assist with daily operations, including environmental cleaning and maintenance, equipment management and scheduling, etc.
Adjust service content according to customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Continuous learning and further study, improving personal professional skills and service quality

Requirements:

Have good communication skills, be able to communicate with customers in fluent Cantonese
Passionate about physiotherapy work, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
Active and positive attitude, punctual attendance, and able to adapt to flexible work schedule
No need for relevant academic qualifications or work experience, but you must be willing to learn and accept on-the-job training
Greet guests warmly and politely, with excellent interpersonal interaction skills and service awareness
Preference will be given to those with shampooing/dyeing hair technology
