One. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Hong Kong local fire engineering design and deepening review, strictly following the relevant regulations and EN fire safety standards of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and the Fire Services Department, ensuring that the design scheme is compliant and feasible;
2. Follow up on fire engineering project site construction, installation and commissioning, control construction quality and progress, and timely solve on-site technical problems;
3. Conduct fire system maintenance, testing, and risk assessment work, issue professional testing reports, and ensure the normal operation of the fire system;
5. Participate in the renovation of old buildings and the formulation of new building fire protection engineering plans, sort out the project compliance points, and optimize the construction scheme;
II. Job Requirements
1. Electrical and mechanical engineering, building equipment engineering, fire engineering, etc. related professional, associate degree or above;
2. Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Hong Kong's fire engineering field, familiar with Hong Kong's fire regulations, acceptance procedures and industry standards;
3. Have the ability to read, design, and manage fire protection drawings, be familiar with engineering-related drawing and office software;
4. Holders of relevant Hong Kong fire safety professional certificates and Hong Kong registered fire engineers (RFE) are preferred;
5. Cantonese and English fluency, with good communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and ability to adapt to project site work;
Three. Salary and benefits
1. Salary: monthly salary of 30,000-80,000 Hong Kong dollars (depending on work experience, professional qualifications, registered fire engineer salary negotiable, no ceiling) ;
