In-House IT Support Specialist

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Provide<strong>first-line IT support</strong>to employees (onsite & remote) for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</li><li>Set up, configure, and maintain<strong>desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices</strong>.</li><li>Assist with<strong>user account management</strong>(Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email, VPN access).</li><li>Troubleshoot<strong>network issues</strong>(Wi-Fi, LAN, VoIP) and escalate complex problems when needed.</li><li>Install, update, and patch<strong>operating systems and business applications</strong>.</li><li>Maintain IT inventory and assist with procurement of equipment/software.</li><li>Document solutions, create user guides, and contribute to IT knowledge base.</li><li>Support cybersecurity practices (e.g., antivirus updates, phishing awareness).</li><li>Assist in IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, office relocations).</li></ul>
