Job Responsibilities

• Provide interior design consultation services to customers, including space planning, style suggestions, material selection and budget analysis, to help customers clarify their needs and design suitable renovation plans.

• Coordinate communication between designers, contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure project progress, quality and specifications meet expectations, and regularly report on engineering progress.

• On-site inspection of property conditions and submission of feasible technical recommendations.

• Assist customers in reviewing quotation lists, construction drawings and contract terms, identify potential dispute points, provide neutral and objective professional opinions, and reduce the risk of subsequent disputes.

• Follow up on the post-renovation acceptance process, assist in handling defects, maintenance arrangements and subsequent repairs, and enhance overall customer service experience and satisfaction.

Work requirements

• Have 2 years or above of interior design and construction-related industry experience, familiar with the local residential and commercial property renovation process, common construction techniques and mainstream building materials in Hong Kong.

• Have excellent Cantonese communication skills, be able to write clearly, and be able to write concise and professional reports and recommendation letters.
