Operations Manager (Security Company)

Job Responsibilities (Must know how to edit)

• Compile security shift schedules, lead patrol officers, coordinate and achieve departmental operational management goals, and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Based on customer actual needs, evaluate risks and provide targeted safety solutions to ensure professional and effective services.

• Monitor human resources allocation situation, rationally plan shift schedules and position deployment, and optimize human resources utilization based on cost-benefit.

Work requirements

• Have secondary school diploma or above.

• At least five years of security or related industry management experience, having led a team of 100 or more and having practical operational decision-making abilities.

• Familiar with human resources scheduling and deployment system operations, able to flexibly respond to sudden situations and adjust deployment in real time.

• Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively handle customer feedback and on-site conflicts.

• Those with less experience will consider for Assistant Operations Manager.
