Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for selecting, sorting and checking imported and exported goods at the airport cargo terminal or air logistics center to ensure that goods are handled accurately according to flight schedules and customer requirements.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) using handheld terminal devices (PDA), barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify goods information and update their status.
In accordance with flight take-off and landing times, implement a 24-hour shift system to carry out emergency selection tasks, supporting priority handling of express mail, high-value goods and special temperature-controlled goods.
Collaborate with customs, air freight forwarders, ground handling and airlines, etc. units, promptly report abnormal situations (such as documents not matching, packaging damage, quantity differences, etc.), and assist in completing internal records and follow-up.
Keep the work area clean and orderly, regularly check the operation of picking and sorting equipment, participate in safety inspections and 5S on-site management, and implement occupational health and safety regulations.

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above; those with logistics, warehousing or air freight related experience are preferred, those with no experience can be trained and admitted.
Able to adapt to airport environment and shift work arrangements (including night shifts, holidays and sudden overtime), with a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance.
Have basic computer operating skills, be able to quickly master warehouse systems and mobile device operations; understanding Cantonese is a must, those with basic English reading and writing abilities are even better.
Good physical condition, need long-term standing, bending and moving light goods (generally not exceeding 15 kg), in accordance with airport safety passage and background check requirements.
Value teamwork, attention to detail, and stability. Be able to maintain work accuracy and service quality in a high-paced environment.
