Sales Manager (Beauty)

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs, provide professional beauty and health management advice, and design personalized treatment plans

• Responsible for the full follow-up and service coordination of customer treatments, improving customer satisfaction and retention rate

• Lead sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, driving continuous growth in performance

• Supervise team daily operations, provide work guidance and performance tracking, and enhance team professional skills and service quality

• In line with the company's new system implementation, actively participate in training and market promotion activities to enhance brand influence

Work requirements

• 5 to 10 years of beauty industry work experience, with at least 3 years of management position experience, medical beauty background is preferred

• Proficient in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin communication skills, able to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups

• Excellent sales skills and customer management ability, with successful leadership of the team to achieve its goals

• Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident or hold a valid work visa (including Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent visa, etc.)

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD80,000 to HKD120,000, negotiable, with a high commission plus a base salary with no upper limit to motivate you.
