Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and professional Human Resources services to both office and frontline staff

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from talent attraction to off-boarding

• Plan and execute employee relations programs, act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and support

• Support payroll verification and administration to ensure it is accurate and on a timely basis

• Assist in annual exercises such as budgeting, performance management, salary review and benchmark, tax filing and insurance renewal

• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local statutory requirements

• Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data management

• Support office administration duties

• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• At least 2 years relevant working experience as a HR generalist

• Hands on experience of retail payroll process, including pre and post payroll administration

• Proactive and self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and ownership on assigned tasks

• Detail-minded with good organizational and time management skills

• Independent and multi-tasking, able to prioritize works according to business need

• Strong numerical sense with high level of accuracy and work standard

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Labour Relations Law, and related regulations

• Good Command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
