Duties:
·Product roadshow and explanation: As the core instructor of the company, we will face potential domestic and foreign customers, partners and industry conferences, and promote and explain the company's brand, products, trading rules and environmental contracts.
·Content creation: Participate in the production and optimization of roadshow materials (PPT), product manuals, promotional copy, etc., to ensure the professionalism, accuracy, and attractiveness of the content.
·Market feedback: Collect market feedback, customer pain points, and product suggestions from roadshows and customer interactions, and regularly feed them back to the product and market teams to help optimize products and services.
· Industry insights: Continuously learn and track the dynamics of domestic and foreign futures markets and environmental finance, enhance your professional level, and integrate the latest insights into your lecture content.
·Training support: Assist in conducting product knowledge and sales skills training for internal company employees.
Requirements:
· Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, marketing, environmental science or related fields.
· Work experience: More than 3 years of experience in the financial industry (CFD futures, securities, banks, investments) in customer training, product roadshows, wealth management or teaching experience.
·Language skills: Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent public speaking and written expression skills, able to give fluent professional explanations in both languages.
·Professional skills: Have a deep understanding of the futures market and derivatives trading, have clear logical thinking ability and complex financial concepts into popular language.
·Skill requirements: Proficient in PPT and other office software, able to create high-level presentation slides. Candidates with CFA, FRM, etc. related certificates are preferred.
Job Responsibilities

Proactively develop and deeply communicate with target customer groups, through professional roadshows, one-to-one consultations and online and offline activities, etc., accurately dig out customer needs, answer questions on transaction strategies, risk management and platform operations, etc., and cooperate with business teams to promote customer conversion and long-term relationship building.
Independently plan and optimize various types of market promotion content, including but not limited to roadshow PPT, product manuals, FAQ files, promotional copy and digital content scripts, ensuring information accuracy, logical clarity, vivid expression and compliance with different audience understanding habits.
Systematically collect customer feedback, market pain points, and product usage suggestions, regularly sort and analyze them and synchronize them to the product, technical, and marketing teams to support product iteration and service experience improvement.
Continuously track global futures, CFDs and foreign exchange market development trends, in-depth research on regulatory policies, mainstream trading platform functions and environmental financial innovation applications, integrate frontier insights into daily explanations and customer communications, and enhance content timeliness and professional depth.
Participate in internal knowledge sharing, provide regular training to sales, customer service and newly hired colleagues, covering product knowledge, transaction processes, common problem solving and customer communication skills, etc., and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, marketing, environmental science or related fields; those with CFA, FRM or other internationally recognized financial qualifications are given priority.
Having 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the financial industry, familiar with CFDs, foreign exchange, futures and other derivative products, those who have served as customer trainers, product instructors, wealth consultants, institutional sales or market education-related positions are especially suitable.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and other office software, with the ability to independently create high-quality visual presentations; those with video editing, online streaming or digital content creation experience are an added bonus.
