Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for loading and unloading export goods at the air cargo terminal, including containers, ULDs (Unit Load Devices) and general cargo handling and stacking.
Operate electric forklifts, reach trucks or other heavy-duty handling equipment, safely and efficiently completing the task of loading and unloading goods before and after the flight.
According to the flight schedule and warehouse instructions, accurately execute goods sorting, document verification (such as MAWB, HAWB, loading order) and loading position planning.
Coordinate with air freight export operations team, co-handle abnormal goods (such as overweight, oversized, temperature-controlled goods, hazardous goods with dangerous signs, etc.), and report to the supervisor in real time.
Maintain the operational area clean and equipment basic maintenance, record equipment usage status, and comply with air cargo safety and security regulations (such as AVSEC requirements).

Work requirements

Holding a valid Hong Kong recognized forklift or truck operator certificate (or can be obtained within six months of employment), those with at least one year of relevant operations experience at an air cargo station or logistics center are preferred.
Familiar with international air export procedures, understand the basic concepts of IATA DGR, ULD types and flight loading restrictions are particularly good.
Have good spatial judgment and mechanical operation stability, and be able to adapt to shift work (including night shift and holiday shift), outdoor and semi-open cargo yard environment.
Pay attention to details and sense of responsibility, be able to independently verify the consistency of goods information and documents, and comply with strict time requirements (such as Cut-off time).
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to read Chinese and English operation instructions and logistics documents; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
