Kitchen department administrative staff

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative staff member to join our team. This position will be responsible for handling daily kitchen issues, including order placement, seeking suppliers, communicating with suppliers, inventory management, cost calculation, and communicating and collaborating with other departments, etc. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities: Assist kitchen colleagues with handling supplies ordering, follow up on ordering status. Liaise and coordinate daily affairs of various branches to ensure accurate information is transmitted. Manage daily processes to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Answer customer service colleagues’ questions about catering services. Actively contact customers, remind and assist them.

Requirements: DSE secondary school education or above, those with relevant work experience for more than 2 years are preferred. Good Chinese and English communication skills, fluent Cantonese. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp communication tools. Have excellent customer service awareness and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, while also having a team spirit. Those who have some understanding or interest in the catering industry are given priority.
