Shipping Clerk(Year-end job)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all logistical operations, both inbound and outbound, including USA, Bangladesh, Vietnam, China factory & other offshore office
• Handle full set of Import/Export , such as Asia (e.g. BD, VN, IND), USA & Europe shipping documents, outing invoices and other sales documentation
• Provide the shipping instruction.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments.
• Prepare Exports Documents & CO’s (Form-A,E,F) according the L/C, D/A, D/P Terms
• Daily follow up documents with factories for shipping arrangements
• To prepare Sea/Air booking with forwarder and courier forms according the confirmed Delivery dates.
• To prepare reports and other shipping related documents

Requirements:-

• DSE or above with at least 2 yrs relevant working experience in supervision of high volume manufacturing operation
• Hand-on experiences on managing full set of I/E documents, L/C, Banking document, & GE-TS System
• Acknowledge with custom declarations including CO, Form A, Form E, Form F for worldwide market
• Mature, able to work independently and under pressure with ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in China custom regulations
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficient in computer application, including Excel & Word
