Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity)

<p>Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity)</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and formulate corresponding solution proposal.</li><li>As the key technical personnel to review and respond to tenders.</li><li>Plan and execute Proof-of-Concept (POC) setup</li><li>Verify and execute software patches and updates provided by third-party vendors or internal teams.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise to ensure quick resolution.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience on information security solutions and services.</li><li>knowledge with security software, devices and solutions such as Attack Surface Management/EDR/Mail Security/PAM/NGFW/WAF/HSM/SASE/ Vulnerability management/PenTest/Cybersecurity services…etc.</li><li>Experiences on Chinese based Cybersecurity will be an advantage.</li><li>Enthusiastic about China technologies.</li><li>CISSP or CISP and other security-related certification is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.</li><li>Excellent written English and Chinese.</li></ul>
