Soybean sprout maker or cashier

• Responsible for daily operations, quality control and out-of-plate process management, and sanitation compliance

• At the checkout counter, process customer orders, payment, invoice issuance, and electronic payment operations to maintain a high-efficiency and accurate transaction process

• Proactively inspect the store environment and equipment operation status, report and assist in handling abnormal situations (such as machine failure, shortage of materials or cleaning blind spots) in real time to ensure smooth operations

• Support daily store cleaning, display arrangement and customer service, show a warm and polite attitude, respond to inquiries and handle simple complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction

Work requirements

• Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues; understand Mandarin and basic English is better, and be able to cater to diverse customer groups

• No academic qualifications and experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to join; those with baking, beverage preparation or retail service experience are given priority

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or hold a valid work permit

• Able to adapt to shift work, with each shift from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, and need to coordinate with the shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, with flexible work hours and adaptability

• Responsibility, proactive attitude, and the ability to remain calm during peak hours or sudden situations. Basic problem analysis and collaborative problem-solving skills.
