Responsibilities:
3. Develop a product roadmap, clearly define the development goals and core tasks of each stage; write product requirement documents (PRD), product specifications, etc., clearly define product functions, interaction logic and performance indicators, and ensure that the R&D team accurately understands the requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, testing, production, and sales to push product development projects according to plan, promptly coordinate and solve problems that arise during project progress, and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Participate in product testing solution formulation, follow up on testing process, verify whether product functions meet the requirements, collect testing feedback and push for problem correction; Responsible for product launch effect tracking, collecting user feedback, combining data indicators to analyze product performance, and proposing iterative optimization suggestions.
5. Responsible for the organization, archiving and maintenance of product-related documents, including requirement documents, design documents, test documents, product manuals, etc., ensuring the integrity and traceability of the documents.
6. Collaborate with sales teams to conduct product promotion and customer training, provide product-related technical support and solution explanations, and assist market expansion; continuously monitor industry new technologies and trends, combine the company's product characteristics, and explore product innovation directions.
Requirements:
1. Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above, computer science or artificial intelligence major is preferred; with 1 to 3 years of experience as a smart hardware or IT-related product manager.
2. Language skills: Fluent in Cantonese, able to use Cantonese to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
4. System and hardware knowledge: Understand the basic principles and common functions of the Linux operating system (such as Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.); Have a certain knowledge of smart hardware, understand the hardware composition, working principle and production process, those who understand hardware composition, working principle and production process are preferred.
5. Core competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, serious and meticulous work, proactive in assuming responsibilities, and efficient in pushing tasks to completion; proactive and studious, with strong learning ability and self-motivation, and able to quickly master new knowledge and technologies in the industry.
6. Communication and collaboration: Have excellent communication and expression skills, logical thinking ability and problem-solving ability, be able to clearly communicate needs, coordinate resources; strong team cooperation awareness, able to quickly integrate into the team, promote cross-departmental efficient collaboration.
8. Large model application ability: Have large language model (LLM) practical application experience in products, be able to design and implement product functions based on large models, and effectively use large models to drive intelligent products from concept to delivery.
