Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market development and customer expansion of engineering products (such as building materials, electrical and mechanical equipment, industrial components, etc.), proactive contact and visit to construction companies, contractors, consulting companies, developers and related engineering project decision-making units.
  • In-depth understanding of customer engineering project requirements, providing suitable technical solutions and product recommendations, and assisting customers in completing product selection, quotation, technical specifications confirmation and tendering support work.
  • Follow up on project progress, coordinate internal technical, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate order delivery and meet site schedule requirements.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly visit key customers, collect market feedback and competitive dynamics, and assist the company in optimizing product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Accurately record customer information, project progress and sales data, submit business reports, sales forecasts and collection analysis on time to support management decision-making.

Work requirements

  • Have secondary five education or above, engineering, civil, mechanical, electronic, construction or related background is preferred; those who hold construction industry recognition qualifications (such as CIOB, HKIE membership qualifications or registered professional engineer qualifications) are better.
  • Applicants with at least 2 years of sales, technical support or project coordination experience in the engineering industry, familiar with the local large-scale infrastructure, residential, commercial or public works operation process, are preferred.
  • Have basic engineering drawing reading ability, understand technical specifications, tender documents and material lists (BOQ), and effectively communicate technical information with engineers and contractors.
  • Honest and reliable, proactive, with excellent interpersonal interaction skills and negotiation abilities, valuing long-term cooperative relationships, and willing to continuously learn industry new technologies and regulatory standards.
