INCH OVER DESIGN is a design company that specializes in residential spaces.
We mainly serve new Hong Kong families who have settled in Hong Kong, with the project focusing on Residential renovation, upgrading of fully furnished homes, and full-house customization system design

The company was founded by designer Linda, and has completed multiple residential projects over the past 10 years.
We hope to find a designer who truly loves residential design, and together we can make the design better.

You will be responsible for

• Independently complete the design of a residential project
• Communicate with customers about their living needs and space planning
• Design flat schemes and overall spatial logic
• Collaborate with construction and customization teams to advance project implementation
• Participate in the selection of materials and furniture

We value moreSpatial ability and life understanding, not just drawing pictures.

We hope you

• 3–8 years of residential design experience
• Familiar with AutoCAD / SketchUp / Enscape/3D Max and other design software
• Have good spatial planning skills
• Able to communicate design ideas to customers
• Interested in residential lifestyle
