Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for goods entering the warehouse, including receipt, counting, verification of delivery orders and related documents, ensuring that the quantity and information are accurate and error-free

• Execute daily warehouse organization, product classification, shelf placement and inventory management, and follow storage guidelines to improve space utilization efficiency and order accuracy

• Support the shipping process, including picking, packing, labeling, loading and unloading goods, and arranging logistics transfer, to ensure timely delivery of orders

Work requirements

• Have secondary three education or above, hold Hong Kong permanent residency, or meet the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, and Dependents' visa, etc. to work effectively in Hong Kong

• Having 1 to 3 years of warehouse, logistics, receiving and shipping or related field practical work experience, familiar with basic warehouse procedures and common documents processing

• Healthy body and good physical condition, able to independently move a reasonable amount of goods (generally not exceeding 25 kg), and adapt to light physical labor and standing work

• Responsibility, punctuality, and team spirit, willingness to endure hardship and fatigue, and ability to accommodate Saturday work and occasional overtime

• Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to read simple English invoices and operating instructions

• Applicants with luxury goods experience are preferred
