Key Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing campaigns to boost brand visibility via digital media, email, and advertising.

• Developing leads through networking and digital tools, then turning them into qualified sales prospects.

• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets through active selling and client negotiation.

• Identifying target customers, analysing competitors, and studying industry trends to shape strategies.

• Maintaining relationships, handling customer queries, providing sales service, and gathering feedback.

• Producing promotional materials (e.g., website content, sales deck, brochures) and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

• Analysing sales performance, creating campaign reports, and managing marketing budgets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in social media marketing, ideally with Greater China exposure.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese; basic English sufficient.

• Strong project management skills for coordinating external meetings and partnerships.

• Familiarity with regional platforms and cultural nuances (e.g., formal tones in Taiwan, vibrant trends in Mainland).

• Positive, adaptable team worker comfortable with travel for events.

• Bonus: Knowledge of Korean, especially verbal communication skills.
