Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for following up on clothing orders from sample to bulk production, ensuring that each stage is completed on time
• Negotiate prices with manufacturers and customers, and reach a competitive and budget-friendly procurement agreement
• Coordinate design, technical and production teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements
• Track production progress, timely solve problems that arise in the production process, and ensure accurate delivery
• Organize and update order-related documents, including contracts, production schedules, and test reports,

Work requirements

• Have relevant work experience in clothing merchandising, familiar with the apparel production process and supply chain management
• Have good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively connect customers, factories and internal departments
• Careful and responsible, able to manage multiple orders and keep track of all details and deadlines
• Fluent in Chinese and English writing, with the ability to handle emails and documents with international customers
