HR Manager(Retail BG, Native Mandarin,Up to 55K)

Description:

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to end to end recruitment, C&B operations and projects, performance review, employee relations

• Manage full cycle recruitment and selection activities

• Cover full set C&B operation, payroll processing, MPF, medical administration, taxation, leave attendance record and reports for managementreview

• Work closely with HR Controller, Finance team and HR team to complete every year’s Budget and Forecasts including personnel cost, headcount, productivity. HR other costs and other related reports and systems administration. Prepare monthly actual personnel cost and related system administration.

• Assist in annual salary review and bonus process.

• Handle all aspects of human resources work , including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, C&B operations and related projects, performance evaluation, employee relations, etc.

• Manage the entire recruitment processAnd selection work.

• Responsible for the entire salary and benefits operation, including salary calculation, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), medical insurance management, tax processing, holidays and attendance records, and prepare relevant reports for management.

• Close collaboration with human resources managers, finance teams, and human resources teams, complete the annual budget and forecasting work, including personnel costs, staffing, work efficiency, human resources other costs and related reports and system management; and also responsible for the monthly actual personnel costs and related system management.

• Assist with annual salary review and bonuses.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in HR / business related disciplines

• With at least 6 years of relevant HR generalist experience gained in Retail, luxury or FMCG industry

• Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills

• Self-starter and with an ability to operate independently across a complex and matrix structure

• Good communication skills, Native Mandarin and Cantonese, good in English

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related subjects

• Having at least 6 years of relevant human resources generalist work experience , and have worked in the retail, luxury or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

• Have good interpersonal relationships, communication skills and relationship management abilities

• Proactive, able to operate independently in complex and matrix organizational structures

• Good communication skills, Mandarin and Cantonese as native languages, and good English proficiency
