Comprehensive human resources and administrative management

Core Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's recruitment needs, responsible for the implementation and landing of the company's recruitment module, and responsible for the recruitment results;

2. Responsible for employee onboarding, attendance, social security addition and subtraction, etc.;

3. Responsible for conducting relevant onboarding training for new employees that covers company business;

4. Responsible for office space planning and work station adjustment, daily administrative affairs, including: fixed asset management, drinking water management, etc.;

5. Responsible for financial and tax calculations and declarations, fund management, etc.

6. Assist the company in handling other administrative work.

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of human resources and administrative management experience, familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and tax declaration policies;

2. Retail/ fashion/ clothing-related industry experience is preferred; familiar with the e-commerce clothing company's operation process;

2. Have good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility;

3. Familiar with the use of office office software;

4. Good image, clear expression, and strong communication skills;

5. Have strong proactive execution ability; have a certain stress resistance ability, be able to handle complex and abnormal problems, be patient and patient.
