Duties:
Area coordination and operations: Responsible for the company's game products in the Latin American region, including full-scale purchase planning and advertising placement, and familiar with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc. mainstream media.
Budget and Effect Management: Reasonably plan and dynamically allocate regional market investment budgets. Establish a perfect data monitoring and review mechanism, deeply track the core conversion funnel, recovery data and profit margin, and be responsible for the overall customer acquisition cost and LTV.
Channel expansion and exploration: Continuously evaluate and test emerging overseas traffic platforms, affiliate channels, and KOL/KOC resources. Build and maintain deep cooperative relationships, break out of single-buying volume dependence, and build a diversified growth matrix.
Requirements:
Experience threshold: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of overseas game market placement experience. Successful purchase volume experience in any global region (such as Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau, the Middle East, etc.) can be used quickly to reuse mature placement logic to the Latin American market.
Professional hard skills: Familiar with the underlying logic, bidding mechanism and account operations of mainstream overseas advertising channels; with extremely strong data sensitivity and logical decomposition ability, you can easily reverse engineer business problems through data performance and formulate optimization strategies.
Channel and supplier management: Have extensive experience in agent management, and have the ability to independently expand overseas local channels or media resources.
Learning and localization capabilities: Strong interest in Latin American customs and game market ecology, strong market research and user insight, and accurate judgment of localization materials’ quality.
Language skills: English can be used as a basic working language (able to smoothly connect overseas channels and suppliers); those with Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a huge plus.
Have experience in large-scale monthly consumption projects or complete product life cycle from launch to stable operation.
