Modern Gift Shop looking forparttimeshop sales;
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily sales work of the modern gift shop, including product introduction, customer consultation and transaction closure
Execute cash register operations to ensure accurate and error-free transactions, and properly handle cash and electronic payment processes
Regularly organize shelves, restock and maintain a clean and orderly store environment, creating a comfortable and pleasant shopping atmosphere
Assist with daily operations such as inventory counting, display updates, and promotional event support
Provide proactive quality customer service, patiently respond to inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction and repeat purchase intentions
Work requirements
Have Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English communication skills, and be able to naturally respond to customers with diverse backgrounds
Outgoing and proactive personality, polite and punctual, with a high sense of responsibility and team spirit
Passionate about the retail industry, eager to learn product knowledge and service skills
No academic qualifications and work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong
Can be arranged for 2-4 days per week, 8 hours per day (working hours: 11:30-19:30)
Salary: HK$60/per hour
