Job Description

1. Recruitment and placement (core emphasis)

Lead and deeply participate in the full recruitment process of the company's high-end and key emergency positions, including job analysis, talent search, interview evaluation, salary negotiation and employment follow-up.

Develop and implement annual and quarterly recruitment plans to ensure that the staffing needs of all departments are met in a timely and high-quality manner.

Guide and empower team members, enhance the whole team's recruitment professional skills and delivery ability.

2. Human resources operations management

Employee relations: Process employee onboarding, probation, transfer, resignation, etc. Manage labor contracts, prevent and mediate labor disputes, and create harmonious employee relations.

Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize or coordinate the implementation of new employee onboarding training and necessary on-the-job skills training.

System and process: Ensure compliance with human resources policies and processes, and continuously optimize and improve human resources operating efficiency.

3. Organization and culture

Assist in promoting company corporate culture construction and landing, enhance employee dedication and organizational cohesiveness.

Participate in organizational diagnosis, and provide suggestions to business management on talent management, team building, etc.

Qualifications:

Education and experience: Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, psychology, management, etc. related professional qualifications; More than 5 years of human resources work experience, of which at least 3 years of in-depth practical experience in the recruitment module; those with team management experience are preferred.

Professional skills: 1. Proficient in recruitment, with rich end-to-end recruitment experience, especially in the screening and introduction of high-end talents, with successful cases, and familiar with various interview evaluation tools.

2. Familiar with the rules, familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant policies, and have relevant practical experience.
