Main responsibilities
Main Duties
•Greet and welcome each guest with warmth and elegance at the restaurant entrance.
Greet and bid farewell to every guest warmly and elegantly at the restaurant entrance.
•Proficient in operating reservation systems, managing same-day and future reservations, and recording guests’ special requests.
Skillfully operate the reservation system, manage same-day and future bookings, and record guests' special requests.
•According to the reservation situation, customer sentiment (such as birthdays and anniversaries) and service area load, scientifically arrange seats.
Strategically arrange seating based on reservations, guest details (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries), and service area capacity.
• Accurately communicate customer information (such as name, preferences, special requests) to the service manager and area servers.
Accurately relay guest information (e.g., names, preferences, special requests) to the service manager and relevant servers.
•Answer restaurant calls, provide consultation and reservation services.
Answer restaurant phone calls to provide inquiries and reservation services.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
