Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support services for local DSE graduates to study locally and overseas, and help students make study plans.
• Familiar with JUPAS and Non-JUPAS application procedures, guide students to fill out application forms, write personal statements, and prepare for interviews.
• Organize and update local and overseas major universities' admission information, course materials and entry requirements to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Provide career counseling and assistance to students to smoothly enroll in their dream university

Work requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese, with good Chinese writing skills.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE) system and local higher education admission mechanism, including JUPAS and Non-JUPAS systems.
• Applicants with academic counseling, student affairs or education-related work experience will be given priority.
• Have good organizational skills, communication skills and service enthusiasm, and be able to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Passionate about assisting young people in their growth, and willing to continue learning about overseas study information and various education systems.
