IT Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily IT desktop maintenance and management, according to the company's existing standards to install software and hardware on computers;

3. Timely understand and respond to user needs, troubleshoot problems through telephone communication and on-site visits (within the company) ;

4. Perform regular checks and timely updates on users' computer systems and IT equipment for fixed asset management and maintenance.

5. Responsible for the local company's wiring, access control, surveillance, and daily maintenance of audio and video equipment.

Requirements:

2. Familiar with mainstream operating systems, understand the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common office software and peripherals, as well as email client debugging and installation;

3. Master computer network related knowledge, familiar with various network device settings;

5. Be able to respond positively and complete the work tasks assigned by the project team;

7. Have good English and Cantonese speaking skills;
