Responsibilities (Job Duties)
1. Execute daily engineering work, supervise work progress and coordinate various construction engineering activities, and carry out overall project operations and coordination
2. Responsible for on-site engineering supervision, drawing preparation, and technical submission work and issuing project reports
3. Prepare various on-site activity construction methods, write method descriptions
4. Supervise and manage project progress and provide regular progress reports
5. Responsible for coordinating with the general contractor and liaising with customers, architects, public utilities companies and consultants on all mechanical and electrical matters related to building construction projects
6. Supervise and ensure that building systems and related engineering designs and maintenance comply with project, legal, and safety requirements
Requirements
1. Electrical Engineering degree graduation certificate/Architecture or Mechanical Engineering diploma/Advanced Certificate/Advanced Diploma/Degree
2. For project engineers/engineers, fire or related fields about 4-5 years of work experience.
·3. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
·4. Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English
·5. Green card; construction worker registration certificate
·6. Hold a degree in electrical engineering, and meet the examination requirements set by the Council of Engineering Institutions for formal membership of the Institution of Electrical Engineers in the UK
7. Understand the fire safety regulations, technical requirements, or have relevant consulting experience in Shenzhen.
Salary and benefits (Package)
Monthly salary: HK$25,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience, including employer's MPF contribution);
Working address: Adapt to the Greater Bay Area (mainly Hong Kong and Shenzhen).
