Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and developing efficient algorithm models, optimizing and debugging them based on actual business scenarios, and improving system overall performance and response speed.
Based on business requirements, analyze and improve the existing algorithm flow, and continuously enhance computing efficiency and resource utilization.
Participate in data processing and feature engineering work, build high-quality input data sets to support algorithm execution and iteration.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to push algorithms into real systems and integrate them.
Track cutting-edge algorithmic techniques and optimization methods, and explore their potential applications in our company's business.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with Master's or Doctoral degrees being preferred.
Proficient in common algorithm design and analysis methods, including dynamic programming, greedy algorithm, graph theory algorithm, etc., and able to flexibly apply them to practical problems.
Have solid programming skills, be proficient in at least one programming language (such as Python, C++, Java), and be familiar with common algorithm libraries and tools.
Having strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to independently model and solve complex problems.
Have good communication and collaboration skills, be able to effectively cooperate with cross-functional teams and push projects forward smoothly.
