Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in evaluating business needs and identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.
-Conduct market research to identify capital flow trends and prospective clients
-Work closely with business teams to understand reporting and data needs
-Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-Support preparation of weekly reports deliverables to explain variances and anomalies
-Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business operations
Project Support: Provide ongoing support during the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business needs and IT standards.
-Handle the business development activities, including the preparation of business proposals, marketing materials, and presentation decks.
-Deliver presentations to the prospective clients and facilitate client onboarding processes.
-Identify and evaluate potential vendors and partnership opportunities, and manage ongoing partner relationships.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience in business analysis or digital project delivery
-Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-Strong business acumen, optimistic & open to constant learning
-Self-initiative and self-management
-Resilient, quick learner, good team player
-Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) & English for bother written and verbally
