Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for company business operations and overall profit targets, coordinate departmental collaboration and resource allocation

  • Develop and promote the company's medium and long-term development strategy, ensure sustainable growth and market competitiveness of the enterprise

  • Lead market, sales, operations, content, and administrative departments, and improve organizational effectiveness and cross-functional efficiency

  • Assess new projects, partners and investment opportunities, lead business model innovation and expansion

  • Regularly report to the board of directors on business performance, financial condition, and major decision execution progress

  • Establish an efficient management system and corporate governance, optimize internal processes and risk control mechanisms

  • Drive team building and talent development, and create a high-performance organizational culture

Work requirements

  • Have 4 to 6 years of management experience, those with background in the service industry, media, technology, education or consulting industry are preferred

  • Having P&L management experience, familiar with budget preparation, cost control and financial analysis

  • Have exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and business judgment skills that can drive business growth

  • Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English, with good written and oral communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration, economics, finance or related fields

  • Comply with Hong Kong work visa requirements, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other qualified work permits; if the applicant is not local, the company can provide work visa support

  • Applicants with 3 to 5 years of high-level management experience in related industries are preferred
