Responsible for quality inspection, functional testing, and data recording at each stage of the process and before final product shipment, ensuring that the product meets the internal quality specifications of the company, customer technical requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
Plan and execute internal quality audits (including processes, documents, measurement systems, etc.), coordinate supplier quality audits and customer inspection support operations, and propose improvement suggestions based on audit findings and track their closure status.
Participate in cross-unit quality continuous improvement projects, such as reducing batch defect rates, improving first-pass yield (FPY), and shortening abnormal processing cycles, etc., to assist in setting KPI targets, collecting empirical data and validating improvement results.
