Job Responsibilities

• Develop high net worth clients

• High net worth client relationship management: Long-term maintenance of the Greater Bay Area and existing high-net-worth customer relationships, regular provision of macroeconomic market analysis, and enhancement of customer loyalty.

• High-end financial planning: Understand customer needs and provide personalized financial solutions, including risk management, investment planning, retirement planning, children's education funds, and even trust and family office services.

• Enterprise B2B business development: Expand group medical insurance and employee benefits, as well as commercial insurance business.

• Core leaders and team management reserves:

Entry Requirements

• Education background:Higher Diploma, College or above degree（Financial, Economics, Business, Law or overseas study background is preferred).

• Professional experience: Welcome excellent fresh graduates or cross-industry transformation personnel to apply; those with financial, banking, insurance, third-party wealth management or cross-border business development (BD) and other related industry experience are preferred..

• Visa status: Hold a Hong Kong resident identity card, or hold a valid Hong Kong work visa (such as IANG, TTPS, QMAS, Dependent visa, etc.)

• Language and culture: Good communication skills; those with a mainland background, Hong Kong-based Chinese talent or overseas students are preferred.

• Personal traits: Sense of purpose, responsibility; passionate about work, with sharp learning and understanding abilities.
