Business Development Director

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development of travel resources in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Europe and North America, with a focus on deepening cooperation with destination tourism bureaus, ground operators, scenic area management institutions, transportation service providers and international hotel groups.

• Establish and deepen strategic partnerships with the Hong Kong Tourism Development Board, the cultural and tourism departments of various countries' consulates in Hong Kong, and the International Exhibition Center, to promote the growth of exhibition and conference tourism (MICE) and high-end business travel.

• Responsible for direct connection with Klook, KKday, Ctrip, Booking, etc., major online travel platforms (OTA), leading joint product design and marketization.

• Plan and manage a global network of Chinese tour guides, drivers and travel managers, establish a hierarchical management system, training system and quality control mechanism for destination services.

• Push the "AI+destination services" innovation project to be piloted in key markets (such as Southeast Asia, Australia, etc. countries and regions), realizing intelligent itinerary planning and real-time service matching.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in tourism management, international relations, marketing or related professional background.

• Have at least 8 years of cross-border travel resource expansion experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Southeast Asian or European market, and a successful track record of signing and operating travel resources covering five or more countries.

• Have practical experience in working with the Hong Kong Tourism Board, various national official tourism agencies, and international hotel groups (such as Marriott and Hilton).
