Senior Assistant (Brand Department)

<b>Job Responsibilities</b>:<br><br>Assist in the planning and execution of brand strategies, promotion, and campaign initiatives to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth;<br><br>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation;<br><br>Establish and maintain a good relationship with media, consumers, and the public to foster a positive brand image;<br><br>Support the brand promotion projects and brand-building management system of the Group and its subsidiaries to ensure consistent and unified brand messaging across all entities;<br><br>Collaborate with department heads to establish and enhance corporate brand management standards while conducting brand-related training programs to align with the Group’s brand development;<br><br>Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.<br><br><b>Job Requirements</b>:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline;<br><br>Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role;<br><br>Strong brand management skills, with excellent abilities in brand planning, analysis, and judgment; regional or corporate experience is preferred;<br><br>Proficiency in graphic design, visual arts, or related fields, with expertise in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software;<br><br>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);<br><br>Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is recommended; <br><br>High level of responsibility, attention to detail, strong communication and coordination skills, and a keen sense of analytical thinking;<br><br>Experience in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industry is a definite advantage;<br><br>Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant.
