Jewelry - Executive Store Manager

Duties:

1. Complete personal sales performance: independently shoulder monthly sales targets, focus on high-priced custom jewelry and VIP customer conversion, and regularly output competitive product analysis reports.

2. Sales strategy execution: Assist the store manager in formulating quarterly/monthly sales plans, propose display optimization solutions through daily/weekly/cycle data analysis (unit price, conversion rate, slow-moving products, etc.), and achieve performance targets.

3. Customer Operations: Lead VIP customer full life cycle management, handle customer complaints and establish service improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in jewelry appraisal, jewelry design, and luxury brand management.

2. More than 3 years of experience in the high-end customization industry, with at least 1 year of experience in leading and managing a team.

3. Familiar with the jewelry customization industry ERP system operation process.
