Responsibilities:
Responsible for research, design and optimization of artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including large language models and multimodal models; research and improve model architectures (such as Transformer, MoE, etc.) and related training methods; participate in the design and implementation of model pre-training and post-training (such as SFT, reinforcement learning, etc.); construct high-quality training data and continuously optimize model performance; follow up on the latest developments in artificial intelligence technology and promote the application of related technologies in real-world scenarios
Requirements:
Holding a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering or related STEM subjects; Priority will be given to applicants who graduated from the top 100 universities recognized globally (QS, THE, ARWU or U.S. News). Due to the high level of professionalism of this position, the company will also consider talented individuals with excellent technical skills and industry experience in large artificial intelligence systems, without being limited to whether their graduating university is among the top 100 globally
