Immigration Consultant/ Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for communicating with customers, providing suitable immigration solutions, answering customer questions in detail, and building good customer relationships.
• Assist signed immigration clients to complete the application process, and collaborate with legal teams to ensure a smooth application.
• Establish solid partnerships and relationships with business-related partners and departments, improve business efficiency and coverage.
• Communicate and collaborate with sales partners from different regions, provide necessary business support, and travel to different places if necessary.
• Regularly report work progress to global partners and assist in completing temporary tasks or market promotion-related projects.

Work requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Applicants with immigration consulting services and relevant work experience will be given priority.
• Have a sense of progress, work enthusiasm, good affinity, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills.
