Bank Telesales: Base up to 26K + Incentive + Bonus

Job Title: Bank Phone Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Active calling of customers, promotion and sales of bank personal loans, credit card loans and other retail financial products

• Through professional communication, understand customer financial needs, provide appropriate credit solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rate

• Complete daily calling targets and sales indicators on time, continuously track potential customers and establish effective sales channels

• Accurately record customer information and sales progress in the bank's designated system to ensure compliance and confidentiality of the data

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma (DSE) or equivalent academic qualifications, those with basic financial knowledge are preferred

• Sales experience is particularly valuable, and we welcome enthusiastic and proactive newcomers to the banking industry to apply

• Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to clearly express product highlights

• Have good stress resistance, goal-oriented thinking, and customer service awareness

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday, and office work mode

• Base salary as high as HKD 26,000, with generous commission (no ceiling system), averaging HKD 40,000-60,000 per month
