Job Responsibilities
Provide professional MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) consultation services to individual and corporate customers, explaining in detail the MPF plan's operating mechanism, contribution arrangements, and various investment options.
Assist customers in integrating their MPF accounts scattered among different suppliers, simplify their asset management process, and optimize their investment portfolio configuration based on their financial situation.
Based on the customer's risk tolerance, retirement goals, and financial planning needs, we will develop personalized investment strategy recommendations.
Regularly review customer investment performance, provide market dynamic analysis and adjustment advice, and assist customers in achieving their long-term retirement savings goals.
Proactively develop new customer resources, expand business networks through telephone contact, face-to-face meetings and participation in promotional activities.
Maintain existing customer relationships, provide continuous post-purchase support, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Organize and participate in financial education seminars and customer activities to enhance brand recognition and market influence.
Accurately process customer application documents, account opening, and data updates, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Strictly comply with the regulations of the MPFA and SFC to ensure all operations are compliant.
Properly handle customer inquiries and complaints, and follow up to ensure service quality.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of customer databases, ensuring accurate information.
Actively participate in professional training courses provided by the company, and continuously improve knowledge in the MPF, insurance and wealth management fields.
Obtain relevant professional qualifications such as the Insurance Intermediary Qualification Examination (IIQE), CFP, etc., lay a solid foundation for future business expansion.
Collaborate closely with team members, share experiences and best practices, and work together to achieve departmental performance goals.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma and above, majoring in business, finance, economics or related sciences, are preferred.
Welcome fresh graduates to apply; those with 1 to 2 years of financial services, sales or customer service experience will be given priority.
Those with experience in the mainland market or those able to develop a mainland customer network are especially welcome.
Already hold or willing to take the insurance intermediary qualification examination (IIQE) license (the company can also help you take the exam internally, and it is easier)
Preference will be given to those with strong MPF intermediary registration qualifications.
Holders of CFP, CFA or other financial planning related professional qualifications are preferred.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with good oral and writing skills, able to effectively communicate with local and mainland Chinese customers.
Proficient in using MS Office software (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing systems.
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to clearly and easily explain complex financial concepts.
Customer-oriented, with a high level of service awareness and problem-solving ability.
Outgoing and proactive personality, with strong interest in financial markets, investment products, and retirement planning.
Responsibility and honesty, able to handle work tasks independently and assume corresponding responsibilities.
Value teamwork, but also able to complete goals independently under pressure.
Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and achieve predetermined performance indicators.

Competitive salary, monthly comprehensive salary of $36,000 or above.
